I’m based in Methven (near Perth) – the heart of Scotland and offer counselling, clinical supervision and wellbeing services for practitioners of the helping professions.
Counselling:
I offer a free of charge initial meeting (approx. ½ hour) in person or on-line to go through practicalities and to work out whether we are a good match for counselling.

I offer a free of charge initial meeting (approx.. ½ hour) to go through practicalities and to work out whether we are a good match for supervision.
1:1 Clinical supervision: £45 (60 minutes); £60 (90 minutes).
Concession rate for student/volunteer counsellors who self-fund their on supervision: £30 (60 minutes); £40 (90 minutes)
Group supervision for organisations can be arranged at their workplace or online. Fee to be agreed.
